This week, you will continue your work on the Scope, Charter, and SWOT Analysis, which have been ongoing for the past three weeks.
For Week 4, the following tasks must be completed:
1. Responsibility Chart (RACI):
This chart outlines the individuals responsible for various tasks, particularly relevant if collaborating with a team. A sample can be found in the Sipes text on pages 102–103.
2. Communication Plan:

3. Change Management Plan:

4. Risk Management Plan:
After reviewing the “Risk Analysis: How to Analyze Risks on Your Project” media resource provided in this week’s Learning Resources, document the impact of COVID-19 on current processes and the potential for change. Additionally, outline strategies for mitigating identified risks if feasible. A sample risk management plan is accessible in the Sipes text on pages 103–105.
