A+ (Exemplary) (80-100%):

Comprehensive discussion of the client profile, well-discussed definition, epidemiology, and pathophysiology of the diagnosed condition/s, comprehensive and critically analyzed investigative procedures and medication, comprehensive nursing assessment with identification of issues, comprehensive discussion and analysis of nursing issues including care planning (NCP), extensive and skillful integration of literature, excellent presentation with no grammar, syntax, or spelling errors.

A (Excellent) (80-100%):

Full discussion of the client profile with a few gaps, well-discussed definition, epidemiology, and pathophysiology of the diagnosed condition/s with appropriate epidemiological data, well-developed discussion of investigative procedures and medication, full nursing assessment with well-developed identification of issues, well-developed discussion and analysis of nursing issues including care planning (NCP), good integration of literature with very few errors in referencing, clear and fluent expression with no or minor grammar, syntax, and/or spelling errors.

C (Developing) (50-64%): Comprehensive discussion with identification of issues, broad discussion of the client, some areas vague and/or with gaps, lacks clarity in the definition, epidemiology, and pathophysiology discussion of the diagnosed condition/s with some elements missing, minimal discussion of investigative procedures and medication, some issues not identified in the assessment, NCP lacks clarity, some required elements missing, integration of literature is poor with many sources not cited and/or errors in referencing, structure lacks clear direction or argument, poor formatting, numerous grammar and/or spelling errors.
