The student will write a grant proposal in the style of an executive summary format. A grant proposal is submitted for the purpose to seek funding for a project. The grant proposal will focus on a quality project/initiative within the setting of your choosing to address the clinical issue/concern identified in module two. You may incorporate the clinical issue/concern (white paper/issue paper) into your grant proposal. You will incorporate a quality management tools for planning, implementation, or evaluation (such as root cause analysis, SWOT, Pareto, education flyer) to create a visual to enhance your grant proposal.
