How can you know if you’re a good leader? Well, you can start by looking at how you perform in different leadership areas. In this discussion, you’ll take Gallup’s StrengthsFinder assessment. This test will help you find out what you’re naturally good at, which can boost your motivation, engagement, and belief in your abilities. You’ll discover your top five strengths, which you can use to understand your talents better and how they relate to your leadership qualities.
To Get Ready:
1. Complete the StrengthsFinder test as instructed in the module’s learning materials.
2. Please note that this assessment will take about 30 minutes.
– Once you finish, you’ll see your “Top 5 Signature Themes of Talent” on your screen.
– Click the Download button under Signature Theme Report, and then print and save the report. We also suggest checking out the Apply tab for action items.

Share a brief summary of your results from the StrengthsFinder assessment. Then, outline two core values, two strengths, and two traits that you want to improve based on your assessment results. Be specific. Remember to attach your Signature Theme Report to your discussion post.
By Day 6 of Week 5
Respond to at least two of your peers on different days. Provide suggestions on how they can strengthen their leadership behaviors as indicated in their StrengthsFinder assessment, or discuss what lessons can be drawn from the results for their personal leadership philosophies and behaviors.
