Furthermore, identify two to three scholarly resources, in addition to the readings from this module, that assess the influence of leadership behaviors in cultivating healthy work environments. Reflect upon the leadership behaviors outlined in these selected resources.

By Day 3 of Week 4

Share two significant insights garnered from the scholarly resources you’ve chosen. Describe a leader whom you’ve witnessed employing these behaviors and skills or a situation where you’ve observed the practical application of these behaviors and skills. Provide specific examples. Subsequently, elucidate the extent to which these skills proved effective and the impact their application had on the workplace.

By Day 6 of Week 4

Respond to at least two of your peers, on separate days, by elucidating how the leadership skills they described might influence your organization or your personal leadership journey. Alternatively, identify challenges that you foresee in implementing the described skills.

Yet, how well are these theories put to practice? In this Discussion, you will examine formal leadership theories. You will compare these theories to behaviors you have observed firsthand and discuss their effectiveness in impacting your organization.
